proven you can
succeed.
Now let's build
a life that feels
like it.

The most powerful version of you is on the other side of the thing you're most afraid of.

Two audiences.
One extraordinary guide.
I work with driven executives who've hit a ceiling — and with accomplished empty nesters who are ready to trade the corner office for the world.
EXECUTIVE & BUSINESS COACHING
Your secret weapon for what's next.
You're brilliant. You've built something real. But something's off — maybe you've hit a ceiling, your communication isn't landing the way it should, or you're winning at work and disappearing everywhere else.
I become the person who sees what you can't see. Together we work through my 9-step framework — starting with who you are and what you're truly built for — until you're operating at a level that multiplies everything.
NOMAD LIFE & PERSONAL GROWTH
The chapter after "what's next" is the best one.
Your career was extraordinary. Your kids are launched. And you are not done — not even close.
You just don't want to work 18 hours a day anymore. I've been living the nomad life for 11 years across 28 countries — building a business from everywhere and coaching clients on every continent. I'll show you how to design real income, real community, and a life of genuine adventure. And we start where it matters most: with you.

Executive Business Coaching
It’s easy to hit a brick wall. I specialize in helping executives break through frustration, get unstuck, and become the calm eye of the storm. We fine-tune your thinking, communication, decision-making, and public speaking — so you get more out of yourself, your team, and your business.
Influential Communication
High-impact leaders produce game-changing results without needing authority. They extend influence through visibility, energy, and presence. Using your unique personality profile, I show you how to lead with influence, develop a deeply engaged team, and lower turnover — all at once.
Leadership Development
Three pillars: Leading Through Change · Leveraging Your Strengths · Team & Organizational Development. I work with leaders managing complex, fast-paced businesses to maintain rigorous focus on the critical path variables that determine success — and build plans that produce dramatic, sustainable results.
Hiring & Retaining Your A-Team
Hiring mistakes are costly and avoidable. Using DISC, Kolbe, and Fascinate personality profiles, I help you define success for every role, identify candidates wired to thrive in it, and build the culture that keeps your best people. The right hire in the right seat changes everything downstream.
Sales Training & Coaching
I’ve trained 3,000+ Visa employees and built $2M+ in annual coaching revenue. No other productivity investment comes close to coaching in improving sales performance. I work with you to diagnose what’s working, close the gaps, uncover new opportunities, and build a high-performance sales team that closes more — faster.
Sales Script Development
The right words, in the right order, said the right way — with conviction — make the difference between a lost opportunity and a closed deal. I help you build scripts grounded in psychology and human behavior for every stage: phone, presentation, objection, close. Your competitors are prepared. You should be too.
Harassment Prevention Training
Sexual harassment is one of the most common — and costly — employee complaints. It causes organizations to lose good people and battle expensive lawsuits. This mandatory compliance training covers harassment prevention law, how to identify and stop unlawful behavior in the workplace, and outlines personal liability under the law. Protect your people and your business before the unthinkable occurs.
Every engagement starts with a complimentary strategy call.
I use DISC, Kolbe, and Fascinate personality profiles to understand how you're wired — then build a coaching plan around your specific goals, business, and personality. This is not a template. It is built for you.

In one of the most stirring speeches in recorded history, Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I have a dream” speech, it is precisely King’s capacity to put himself in others’ positions that makes the speech so compelling. You’re not building your bankroll, you’re building a relationship
Sales is a process, not a result. The mistake that many salesmen make is focusing too hard on raking in the dollars. Rather than being results-oriented, a successful salesperson looks to cultivate a relationship between himself and the customer. The job of a salesman or sales closer is to create relationships with clients and recognize when they are showing interest; in doing so, they put themselves in a position to close deals for the clients and companies for which they are hired. This is a process, but one that ultimately profits both parties. By approaching the sale the correct way, that is, by looking first to build a relationship with the customer and understanding his or her needs, then the correct sale can be made.
